I’m back online and setting standards to warm up. We had some highs and lows on vacation, but that’s life. This morning after dropping off the elder princess at daycare I went to the county clerk’s office for information about a commercial property I’ve been inquiring about. There was good news and bad news. Good for me was there are unpaid taxes, the difficult part is the property was handed down by a will and there was no contact information for the owner. By calling the attorney who handled the estate I could at least get her number, that’s progress. On another front, I found a local radio station and last week emailed them to say hi and share what I’ve been up to. The owner emailed me back saying we should talk about what I want to do on the radio. I’ll try to call him tomorrow for a fun conversation I’m sure. There’ll be a new issue of my newspaper on Wednesday April 1st, and the Wrecking and Rapping show was maintained through time off. After finishing this I’ll go to record another push up video, currently up to number 16 out of 22. That leaves two or three weeks of recording at my current pace. With my coffee brewing, I made my first batch of cold brew and it’s delicious. Life is good, it will take some time to get into the swing of things. The beginning of the year is most important to me as it’s the least important to others. After Christmas time, advertising drops and so do content creators since they’re not being paid, that leaves space for me.
