Mystery on Mulberry Street, someone has taken my tiny library. Most likely it was picked up my bulk trash, but it’s frustrating that someone would do that. There was a bench and the library connected that was filled with books and my newspaper with the date of April. There was also a big rock inside a box connected to the bench. All of it was taken, the bench was even tied down to the ground so that a big storm couldn’t blow it away. All of it was free to take, I’m more confused that someone would have to walk onto my property, pull it out of the ground with books and papers falling out, then they threw that out. They even left the stakes in the ground the bench was tied to meaning they didn’t even do a good job cleaning. I’ve already ordered a new bench and will try again. My next attempt will be put into the ground thoroughly. Yesterday, I also made contact with another member of the community. They had started a new organization to help people with recovery. My Queen shared a post where they appeared on the local radio station and I looked deeper. It’s a 12 step program and seems a lot of the attendees have struggle with drug and alcohol addiction. The align with my purpose to take things forgotten or neglected and find their value. One part is finding a property, I did get a new lead on a mailing address for the property I want, then finding people to fill the property. People will see it as business, no, society puts restrictions on people. A felon has more restrictions and a Veterans usually has less. We work together to help the city.
