Today’s work is done, things went pretty smoothly. The one problem I’m kicking myself over happened while painting the ceiling spackle. Previously I had painted part of a ceiling with the wrong type of paint, I used primer and now have spackle paint. The miss matched paint meant I had to paint the whole ceiling,Continue reading “1 February 2024”

23 January 2024
The baby went to daycare today and I was able to catch up on some much needed rest. Everything has basically been a blur for the last week and it will still take a minute for me to get my bearing and figure out what’s happening in life now. There’s a phrase in my headContinue reading “23 January 2024”

I’ve been telling people for years that Winter is coming and do they listen? No, that’s alright I know one can’t prophet to their hometown. From here on I will be responsible for the 3,000 years peace, Leo’s peace. Atlas doesn’t tire from holding the world up, there’s no one else who could do it.Continue reading “19 January 2024”

There’s a big rain storm going on, the pond is flooding. I love the rain and when the land floods, it washes away and cleanses. The sound of rain is the most complex song written. Dr. Suess’ Mr. Brown described the sound of rain as “dibble dibble dopp dopp”, I can’t say I agree butContinue reading “9 January 2024”
A rolling stone gathers no moss
This is my last morning pages, I don’t know if it’s my last forever, but I have no plans to use my website again after I post this. I did want to say Thanks to the people that came by regularly. This was an activity for me to get energy out because I couldn’t doContinue reading “A rolling stone gathers no moss”
Forgone or forgotten
I didn’t write yesterday. Maybe I needed time to recover, or I was busy doing other stuff around the house, but I’m also thinking a lot about why do I write this and why post stuff online. Finishing the podcast got me thinking about this stuff, it’s all for fun and to work on myContinue reading “Forgone or forgotten”
Climb to Glory
Whew wei, Christfest was a good one. When I was a kid, I would like to plan a day of my Summer vacation to walk to the park and spend the whole day there without saying a single word. Those were the types of experiments I ran with my mind and what I enjoy. IContinue reading “Climb to Glory”
All money is make believe
Crypto Currency has been booming lately if you weren’t aware. I guess the economy must be on the brink of collapse or some other reason, I don’t subscribe to any news. Although it’s probably harder to know what’s going on for those who do consume the news. As Mark Twain said, “If you don’t readContinue reading “All money is make believe”
For fear of fowl I fight the howl
I have the most beautiful view from where my desk is now. All my life I’ve never had a pretty view from where I work. I suppose that’s why I focus on beautiful things so much now. I learned a long time ago that any argument can go back and forth forever, so if IContinue reading “For fear of fowl I fight the howl”
News Flash Brews Cash
Tomorrow was the originally scheduled date for Christfest. I don’t think I’ve talked about it here, but it’s my made up holiday that coincides with my birthday, so we can have a big Summer party. There’s Christmas in December and Christfest in July. Obviously I’m not having it this year, but it’s crazy how itContinue reading “News Flash Brews Cash”
